- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm am experiencing a very difficult time with staff at this location. I live in Ames Iowa went to meeting recently now they sent a letter that has nothing to do with me ? And very unorganized staff. Very unprofessional there is a number to call for discrimination act . I keep getting different answers after I waited for 1 year. There is a discrimination act policy number to check into about this place.By beach life816, June 30, 2017
